Wonderful treasures and nicely exhibited jewellery. Ideal visit if the weather is unfavourable. Well described in English

The collection is quite small but with some beautiful crowns and a few other items eg a coronation robe , swords etc. Worth seeing as part of a visit to the Royal Palace but not on its own.

The admission to the Treasury was included in the ticket we got for the royal palace, which was a good excuse to check out the crown jewels and regalia. Note that no photography of any sort is allowed here, so you won't see much on...More

Not the most impressive exhibition of 'crown jewels' in the world, but it is interesting so see that the Swedes seem to expect their royalty to spend their money on more useful things than jewels. Check the visiting times and get one in your language,...More

Crown jewel collections are always impressive, though the collections in some other countries are admittedly more impressive than this. That's not necessarily a criticism. It's nice when a monarchy sinks more money into things more important that glitz and glamor. The history of the various...More

I stopped here and checked out the display. There were a couple of crowns and a couple swords. They were nice and all but this is really small and takes under ten minutes to view.

Shows assorted crowns and some ermine cloaks. No jewels of note. No history. No photography (even without flash), which I always find a huge turnoff, as if the management is afraid you’ll market postcards and compete with their gift shop.

You can have a look at some beautiful jewels that have been that star into some important moments of the Swedish History. It's included with the ticket you pay to visit the Royal Palace.

There are many beautiful crowns and jewels display in the showroom, however the showroom is very small, entrance fee is about 17.5 US dollar. No photos allowed.

It's a short visit because of the small amount of treasures (royal crown, sword, sceptre, tapestry, key...) to see but of good quality and very interesting. The suitcase of treasures particulary drew my intention with its technical combs. To see!

Gamla Stan & Riddarholmen
Gamla Stan is Stockholm’s historic old town and home
to the Swedish Royal Palace. It’s the most central
island of Stockholm and accompanied by the small
island of Riddarholmen, mainly known for its famous
Riddarholm Church. Gamla Stan tends to be a bit
touristy at times but is definitely worth visiting:
take a stroll past the well-preserved buildings and
through the small (and also Sweden’s narrowest)
