We made a reservation and arranged our day around the timing of this Royal Bridges and Canal Tour. All the brochures indicated that we would be going around (big loop) and going under a number of bridges in Stockholm. Instead what we got was a...More

We took the short 1 hour boat tour. There were short explanations of the buildings and as well as general information about Sweden and its history, in 14 different languages (not only English, French and Spanish). If you have only short time in Stockholm, like...More

The tour was on time. The only good thing about it is if you enjoy traveling on s boat. Otherwise not worth the money

Tip: sit on the right hand side of the bus upstairs for best views and photos. Bus trip was really good, saw so much of the city and Sodermalm in 1 hr. I should have stopped there and moved on with my day. The boat...More

Good way to see different view of the city especially when the kids feet has done their limits! They provide refreshments to the delight of the kids! All in all, money well spent!

On the boat you can here more about politics and Swedish proud than about the city. The views from the water are rather disappointing if you have been to Amsterdam or Copenhagen.

We enjoyed our 50 minute canal cruise as the weather was warming up and we had lots of sunshine. We passed several historic buildings and beautiful green areas with fabulous views of the Stockholm skyline that can only be seen from the water. Very enjoyable!

Gamla Stan & Riddarholmen
Gamla Stan is Stockholm’s historic old town and home
to the Swedish Royal Palace. It’s the most central
island of Stockholm and accompanied by the small
island of Riddarholmen, mainly known for its famous
Riddarholm Church. Gamla Stan tends to be a bit
touristy at times but is definitely worth visiting:
take a stroll past the well-preserved buildings and
through the small (and also Sweden’s narrowest)
