The part closest to the castle is French style, but the largest part is kept more natural, still well taken care of and comfortable to walk

The garden is perfect. The view to the castle is fantastic. The fountains and cascade is historic and breathtaking. It's extraordinary from early spring to late autumn.

Make certain that you have enough time to enjoy the gardens. We were at Frederiksborg on a beautiful day and tremendously enjoyed the beautiful gardens surrounding the castle. Incredibly picturesque!

The large garden and grounds are well laid out and are much bigger than it appears from the castle. Great views of the castle across the lake. The box hedging is suffereing a bit from disease. Some of the statues are beautiful.
