I was astonished to spend an evening in a church where a good relaxing music was performed live. It looks a good way to get people together and make them alcohol independent from what the bats and pubs are offering to youth.

This church is very impressive in its size and beauty. The organ is huge. On the other side of the square you will find the Ceremonial Hall of the University. The door looks locked but if you open it you can go inside and see...More

Went there a late evening to one of their Ambient Nights (Night Church) events. Such a cool experience. A DJ played some really nice meditation/lounge music while people were "chilling" on fatboys next to the Altar. Maybe not what you would expect from the Cathedral...More

Loved seeing this pretty church, and you can walk in for free. There are a few must see churches and many people put this at the top.

Enjoyed seeing the original Christus and apostles statues. If you time it right you can have the whole place to yourself. Very peaceful.

There is something amazing about this place. The Christus is beautiful and each of the statutes of the 12 apostles is so cool. Each apostle is portrayed holding something. The apostle Peter is holding keys - (Matthew 16:19). This was a non-touristy, simple and peaceful...More

Understated and plain on the outside, but special and not ostentatious on the inside. Designed not to distract you from the liturgy, but what a grand place to worship.

This is the heart of old town Copenhagen, with its
blend of charming old buildings and bold new
architecture, broad avenues and tiny streets as well
as picturesque canals and a modern harbor. The inner
city is home to the Royal Danish Theatre, which
consists of three buildings, two of which are new and
situated on the harbor front. The streets, squares and
