There is lots to see here including excellent rooms, the crown jewels and an old practical joke chair! We went early in the day to avoid the queues and also the lockers give your money back which is always nice.

Lovely palace and beautiful gardens out the back. Buy your tickets online to save the queue. Don’t forget to see the armoury in the basement!

Worth going to. Well orgainzed time stamped entry. Free to go at your own pace. Crown Jewels in the basement. Very interesting displays as castle strolls go.

Definitely worth a visit. Beautiful castle of crazy king. Perfect also for younger children. Visit does not take too long. Ideal for getting some culture in hip CPH. Recommended to book tickets online to avoid queue.
