Beautiful scenery all year round. Fairly clean sandy (some stones) beaches and a very nice forrest area. Beach and forrest excellent for walks. You can see Aarhus harbour and Djursland from the beach.

Here you can find a variety of scenery. From the lovely beach and the inland forests, to the historic areas and buildings from Moesgaard that stretches all the way to the shore. Great place to spend a sunny afternoon or a grey fall day.

I spent the last week of july by this beautiful looking sand beach. It's perfect for long relaxing walks in the evening or a dip into the ocean in daytime. The water is just warm enough to swim in it but it's probably not a...More

The best beach around Aarhus for sure.Nice sand, very good facilities and easy access. We spent the whole day there. There is also nature hikes, and other activities nearby. Enjoy a day at the beach.

Lovely beach and nice cool clean water. Super facilities and it is possible to buy snacks, icecream etc. Busses run regularly from the centre of Aarhus, and there is a bicycle path all the way out there and well as a big parking lot.

If the weather was warmer in Denmark I would go there every day. The East coast of Denmark is not as windy as the West coast. The sea is clean and in the summer it reaches 18 - 20 degrees.

It is a very beautiful 15 minutes car ride south from the Århus city center through the forest to Moesgaard Beach. During summer this is a very popular place. We visited just before easter (mid-march) and took a windy walk along the beach.
