Lovely architecture from the 1600's - it is a distinctive building. The best way to see Old Town Aalborg is on foot and this is one of the treats to see as you head towards Old Town Aalborg.

Wealthy trader Jens Bangs built this beautiful business and dwelling structure for his own use. He died without heirs. Today it is privately owned. This is clearly one of the most widely recognized buildings in all of Aalborg.

17th century stone house that ridicules local pols with silly caricatures in the form of gargoyles to seek revenge by this wealthy merchant for not being named to the city council. Now it's home to a 350 year old pharmacy.
