Discovered by shear chance this amazing structure was once buried under ground long forgotten about before a big development was undertook. Obviously the developers were halted in their tracks when finding this amazing historical architecture. Check it out for free from the road side.

The ancient theatre of Larisa, though small, is very well preserved. It's located right next to the central square and many hot spots of the city. Though not open to the public, efforts are being made on that direction.

As every ancient city of Greece there is an archaeological site and this is no exception as in the middle of the city of Larissa you will find this great Theatre. Even if you are a tourist or not it is worth visiting.
