This is a wonderful museum for anyone who appreciates technology (even if it's thousand of years old) and inventions. The models are amazing and the staff member who was there was very knowledgeable. Enjoyed it tremendously.

This museum is fun to go and check out if you have some time. The staff were very friendly and I learned a lot. It is run by a high school teacher who is incredibly passionate about engineering and who made all of the machines.

This private exhibition houses models of historic inventions with explanation and some videos how they function. It is quite fun and if you have time in Olympia, spend 30 min there.

A small but very interesting museum about Archimedes and his inventions. Well explained and demonstrated with video or in text. Friendly staff. Also interesting for children. No entrance fee but please don’t forget to donate to support the work.

What a great find - we really enjoyed this well-presented museum highlighting the (many!) inventions of Archimedes. The free admission was a welcome change from all our other sightseeing, too, though we enjoyed ourselves so much we left a nice donation. Don't miss this fascinating...More

I had not realised quite how extensive Archimedes engineering activities had been. There was a good selection of his inventions and developments on display in this small and old fashioned museum in the Main Street.

This is a small but interesting museum with greek inventions of Archimedes and others of his time. Who would have known that the first robot was built centuries ago. Every exhibit is worth a look. Great for the whole family.

Hi! I assume you mean the Katakolo cruise port. If so, it's about 40 minutes drive. The museum is in the village centre of Olympia. Best, Nick
