This vast area far exceeded my expectations. We did not give ourselves enough time to wander the grounds. Nicely laid out and interesting.

Being on the site of the original Olympic Games was a unique experience. The museum at the site is well done. This is a place that should be visited by everyone who travels to Greece.

This is a large and well-organized site. You would want to have a guide so you can understand the history and significance of what you are seeing. And, of course, you would want to run on the track!

Think most people go to Olympia to see the Ruins and Museums. Lots of history and definitely worth it. Maybe do some research before visiting or get a guide

I would highly recommend you book a guided tour to get the most out of your visit otherwise you will miss out on a huge amount of history and information if you solely rely upon the written info boards

As mentioned, go when the facility opens. It will give you time to wander in peace and take it the sites. The walking is easy...no hills. Please allow time to visit the museum. Tour groups can be an issue. People are running... More

Hello, the site is amazing, you should allocate a morning visiting the site, there are 3 museums on site, refreshments are available in one of the museum, sensible shoes should be worn.
