The beach is clean, has crystal clear water and also offers places to eat. The sea is accessible to children, not very deep. The only thing I didn't like was the access to the beach by a steep, narrow road.

This beach is one of my favourite at Kerkira. It is very good for kids, sandy, with crystal water and beautiful rocks. You never want to exit water. All services are available: toilets, cafes, shops. Highly reccomended

I believe you can hire a boat with captain from the south end of the beach (ask at the restaurant by the showers, called "Maria's of Pelekas")- but I did not see any rentals to drive yourself.
