We looked around the museum and then viewed the 20-minute film of the history of this beautiful island. The island went through some very sad, brutal and difficult times but the people of the island never gave up. A brave & wonderful story.

A great route through the island's history that reveals the essence of the place. It's a miracle how these people have survived their history and managed to stay in Kastelorizo despite the attacks.

This is one of the two museums of little yet beautiful Kastellorizo (the other one being the archaeological museum). Its name is perhaps misleading because this is a museum dedicated chiefly to the island's turbulent and dramatic history. Despite its size, both the museum offers...More

The exhibition is quite small, but nevertheless interesting. When you walk along the qui, please walk all the way to this old mosque.
