The view from the cross was worth the visit alone, to see all around Rhodes . A very sereal place! Peacocks calling & displaying their feathers along the way. Simply stunning!

Peaceful scenery often disturbed by the peacocks, which wanted to attract attention. It is worth walking all the way up the cross and enjoy the view from there. We visited the place with 80 students who enjoyed the scenery and the peacocks but not the...More

Visited Filerimos on a very hot day, being on the west coast riding through the Filerimos hill saved us from the Sun for a while. It's a beautiful nature place, very easy to find and access, and it doesn't take much time to spend around....More

After a long walk between trees shading the path you come to a huge cross and a small church. You can enter the church which is nice, but today you could not go up the stairs inside the cross. The views are fabulous from ground...More

From the hill there is a beautiful view of the island. The hill is easy to reach, the road is an asphalt, and there is a large parking lot at the top. We were astonished at the fact that peacocks are walking there and they...More

Very close to Rhodes Town, perfect for coming by car. Nice scenery (visible airport), good for a walk (a path under the shadows) on a hot day. We were surprised by free roaming peacocks which created very lively environment. Nearby there was a monastery (with...More
