Absolutely beautiful beach, but with a few downsides. It is very expensive: €15 for two beds and umbrella and the restaurants are very pricey too so we recommend bringing your own food and drinks. Also, the beach is quite small so it can easily get...More

The beach is beautiful and peaceful but it is really expensive. 15€ for two sunbeds and a sunbrella which is too small for two person. There is free wifi but its not working and its not free :D

Really beautiful beach with amazing views. The Mountain is beautiful, and the seawater is turqoise and clear. Next to the beach is nice restaurant-cafe with free WiFi.

Stavros beach is nicely sheltered, sandy and safe for children. Half of it is rental sunshades / sunbirds, the other half is free. Parking and a selection of tavernas is directly beachfront. Sunset beach, the other beach, is only 250m away. It also features a...More

Nice beach & not too busy maybe because of the time of year with good restaurants to sit & watch the world go by.

Not at Stavros, but I did see windsurfers at Elafonisi Beach in southern Crete. And I saw parasailing in Rethymno. I think I saw parasailing in Malia too.
