My teenagers loved this street! It was used as a bartering tool for sightseeing, along with McDonalds in Syntagma Square. They were most excited by Sephora, NYX, Pull & Bear, Zara, H&M, Forever 21. I think I got the names right, I was too busy...More

This street is filled with stores but it’s nothing different than shopping in the US. The nearby walking streets feel much more authentic and interesting.

Ermou Street is a pedestrianised Street in the middle of Athens. At one end is the highly recommended Meliartos cafe, with several big chain stores spread out along the street, which makes shopping a breeze.

It's a commercial road, with plenty of modern shops, mostly with clothes. It's always busy and alive. You can find fast-foods, road sellers, beauty shops and more here. The name of the road is taken from God Hermes, the god of trade, from the ancient...More

Monastiraki
Monastiraki is a souvenir-hunting enclave with a
difference. Apart from the dramatic backdrop of the
Acropolis, its network of alleys and pedestrianized
streets surround the remains of both the Greek and
Roman agoras, adding the quaint concept that this is
where the ancients also came to shop. Named after the
tiny monastery church at its center, Monastiraki
Square is a lively spot by day or night, with street
