We had the opportunity to walk along the bridge and took a boat tour that went underneath and both offered brilliant views.

The main attraction and must see place to visit and walk across. When visiting Porto. The views are magnificent.

This is a nice bridge, great architecture. We crossed the bridge in the upper level, took the cable car to the riverside way (very nice) and crossed the bridge again at the lower level. I recommend!

We would suggest you get the cable car to the top platform of the bridge and walk across the top for the best views.

A fantastic feat of engineering . A definitive must see, both by walking across it and also by seeing it from the river cruise boats.

Amaizing experience to walk on the bridge, it is huge and has stunning views of the city both side! You should walk through up and down too, to really see the beauty of it. Be carful because the tram is actually running through the bridge.

The climb tour is on a different bridge. Not sure how long it would take but as you have guides and safety ropes etc...I would imagine 2 hours plus...

I would not worry about it! The bridge is quite wide so if you get nervous, you can walk in the middle of the track and not be forced to look down. I have some height issues but no worries for me here. Give it a try. You... More
