There is nothing special, but the castle is well renovated. The view from there is nice and they have some information about the plane's history. You can visit it in 30 minutes and learn a bit more about Lamego.

Located in the narrow streets of the old town there are very good views of the district. Sadly, when we were there, the fires were raging in the forests around the town. Visit the new archaeological museum nearby
Situated overlooking the town and giving good views. A bit of a trudge uphill if the weather is hot but probably worth it. Very little of the castle remains but what is there is well restored. Not much information available in english unfortunately.Helpful staff.
