Decided to climb from the village by the hiking trail. Nice to see rock climbers on the way. Route is shady, but still a good 40 minute walk. Palace has great views and is naturally very cool. Artefacts are interesting.

Hi Mark, Thats a little difficult considering the sheer size of the palaces and distance between them. The easiest one though is by taking a tuk tuk from Sintra station to Pena palace and walking down to Moorish caste. Its... More
