Visited it in september. There was few free parking spaces before walking trail to beach. Actually it is not hard to find it. Use “maps.me” navigator to find correct walking trail.
Water in september was cold, but beach itself was wonderful.

There are some umbrellas for rent (at least there has been in recent years), but regarding washrooms the neighbouring beach Galapos has better facilities (I'm not even sure if Galapinhos has them at all). This is due to better access conditions on Galapos, which is just as beautiful, and could be a good choice for you if you absolutely need washrooms. The same goes for Figueirinha beach, the biggest one in the area.
