This was an amazing experience. Like travelling back in time. Everything was so well done and the participants weared clothes " medeval style" Food was great, served in clay plates and cups and a lot of great activities to participate in. Archery was great fun....More

They are simply abusing in the cost of the tickets. More and more this festival is made for tourism and foreigners and not for Portuguese. What a shame.

Lots of stalls with leather goods, clothing, lighting and various gifts. All the store holders were dressed in medieval costumes and one store hired costumes for the day that many people took advantage of. A group of musicians walked through the Main Street in Obidos...More

The medieval market happens once in a year, normally during summer period for 15/20 days. It's always good to see the medieval period recreated here, great actors and wonderful atmosphere. Don't miss it, if you are coming in the summer period.
