Had viewed on trip advisor and saw signs leaving Fatima. ( North roundabout). Thoroughly enjoyed visit to grotto. 6 euros per adult.

no reservation needed. they will gather groups of 10 people. just purchase the ticket and enjoy. make sure you have good shoes...need grip on the sole of the shoe

Sorry, i'm not sure. It's incredibly close to Fatima - about a 10 minute drive. We rented a car.
