We came to pray for a relative who was critically ill and we felt very enriched by praying at Fatima. A wonderful place of pilgrimage.

We started our day trip from Lisbon to Fatima on the Regional Bus. It was about 1 1/2 hours . The day was beautiful and the ride was easy . The Most Holy Trinity Basilica greets you . It is hugh and modern to hold large gatherings. As you venture into the vast area behind the basilica you find on your left a place where we lit devotional candles to the Blessed Mother. Nearby is the Chapel of Apparitions commemorating the appearance to the children. This Chapel of Apparitions is the center of the Fatima experience. The Our Lady of the Rosary Basilica to the right holds the tombs of the 3 children .…

This church was built honor the events that occurred at Fatima. The pope has given mass here. It is a very nice church and has so much history. I really enjoyed the experience.
