Beautiful ocean views from the western most part of continental Europe. Great place to relax and take photos. The light house is quite nice. Located son top of a cliff along the ocean. The location reminds me of Peggys Cove Nova Scotia.

I don't know about a day pass. What we did is take the train from Lisbon main train station to Sintra, then the bus from Sintra to Cabo da Roca, then the same bus (it passes every hour) from Cabo da Roca to Kaskais and finally the metro from Kaskais back to Lisbon.
