I had an idea to visit this place so I started with bus from cascais to Sintra. After 30 minutes I got this amazing place with great view of Atlantic Ocean. It was really worthy to visit this place, highly recommended to everyone
The westernmost point in Europe, truly a sight, the cliffs, the rocks, the water. The view here is wonderful and the photos are all wallpaper ready. The place is full of tourists, there is a small lighthouse and a monument at the area.

I don't know about a day pass. What we did is take the train from Lisbon main train station to Sintra, then the bus from Sintra to Cabo da Roca, then the same bus (it passes every hour) from Cabo da Roca to Kaskais and finally the metro from Kaskais back to Lisbon.
