Went for the Roman Ruins...and stayed for the Art

I wanted to see the Roman forum and cryptoporticus....and was not disappointed...easily walkable and labyrinthine. Wandered the various galleries for over 2 hours with audioguides. Widely varied collections covering centuries. Really liked the goldsmithing and jewelry collections. Nothing really stood out in the painting collection...More
