I was not familiar with Fado music, and this was a great introduction. Our host gave some history of the art form, and the trio were wonderful. For €10, including a glass of wine, this is a must for a visit to Coimbra.

This was our first time listening to fado. The people there were really friendly qnd always told us the story behind the song, which they were going to perform. All in all it was great and the perfect amount of songs.
