Bustling harbour with good selection of water front eateries and a few pubs, not many shops. OK for a day out and more reasonably priced than anticipated. Golf courses looked good.

Nice marina, lots of places to eat and drink. Food seems expensive but barely finished a single meal as all portions very generous! No dress code but no one walked around without a top on. Watersports available but we stuck to discovering gelato stations.

Do not leave Vilamoura without a visit to O Marisco on the Marina. Their Shrimp Kebab is NOT to be missed.

Lovely Marina lined with bars and waterspout activities, a natural must when in the area we visited during the day but I imagine it’s got a great atmosphere on an evening

Some of them are. Me and my wife where there in low season December last year for a lunch. Most of them where still open and I guess it’s the same in January
