Like Brugge in general had a lovely medieval feel! Easy to find and close to the markets! Great photo ops!

Just visit - unbelievably beautiful buildings - well cared for. Bruges loves itself. Just fyi - there are no beggars or street people in Bruges - the 55% income tax sees to that - everyone is cared for, homes and pensions provided. Makes such a...More

We went during xmas market times so the central area was taken up with those stalls ( standard fare ). Generally speaking avoid the bars and restaurants on the edges of the square as they are overpriced and there are plenty of nice spots elsewhere,...More

As in the entire city centre of Bruges, you can breath history here. Especially at this spot. Everywhere you look, you sea and feel the rich history of Bruges. From the Golden Flemish age till today. Ideal spot to start a walk through Bruges.

You must visit here and look at the buildings and visit the clock tower etc but don't eat in the row of restraunts as they are over priced and staffed by rude waiters.
