I love these gardens, we have visited so many times and I particularly enjoy walking through them at the end the summer when valley is filled with blue hydrangeas that cascade towards the sea! The semi tropical vegetation gives a jungle like feel and yet this is mixed with rhododendrons and Azaleas, and an amazing variety of trees, shrubs and flowers.

Beautiful gardens, especially the stunning hydrangeas along the valley and added bonus of the beach at the bottom.

Catching up on reviews, we visited in September. What a fabulous garden! The paths have been given a one way route during this pandemic to ensure safety. We enjoyed breakfast in the cafe before we set off through the gorgeous planting. We were very lucky to visit on a hot day and wound our way down to the private beach were we spent quite a while just listening to the waves. It was just so peaceful, a real sanctuary of beauty. Stunning hydrangeas, so pretty to view as a whole and up close. Would love to visit again in the spring to see the rhododendrons.

This was an extemely intersting garden in a beautiful spot leading down to a private secluded beach. The garden has been very well laid out with lots of interesting water features and planting. It does have some very steep paths, so wear sutable footwear.

One of the great sights of Cornwall this amazing sub-tropical garden goes right down to the sea and a pretty private beach where you can have a coffee. Recommended.
