As the name suggests, it is graffiti, not street art. A nice lane to walk in. Nothing like the Berlin wall.

Maybe I've missed the point but this is just a mess that needs cleaning. Ghent has many attractions but this is not one of them. If you like graffiti just check your train station and you will probably see more than you ever wish to.

When walked through the alley , at least 25 youngsters from a nearby school were smoking , chatting and taking selfies in the dirty street. I did not like it at all. I have seen graffitis all over the world but this street i don't...More

We went out of our way to see this "famous "sight of Ghent , we were not impressed and felt that it was a waste of time. But if you are a fan of Banksy, do visit. Not for me.

This street looks a bit gloomy, but is worth a visit. We are not fans of graffiti and did not think that the ones here were particularly imaginative. We sincerely hope that having an "official" venue will help to minimise graffiti elsewhere!

How unusual - a whole street (about a city block long) devoted entirely to graffiti! The street is walled on both sides with all kinds of graffiti, some very good. I hope "artists" don't paint over the good stuff...

When I went almost the whole street was just ugly "tags" covering everything. There is supposed to be a rule that the graffitists respect earlier work. Not much sign of that tbh. Apparently, the city paint over it every once in a while & the...More
