Graffiti Street (Werregarenstraat) is situated between Hoogpoort and Onderstraat in the historic centre of Ghent. Here you will find a small narrow walking lane that is lined with layered graffiti artworks. There are interesting freestyle spray paint works and occasional stencil works as well. You...More

A good concept, a street for the artists to paint their graffiti in. Better than seeing it in random places, where it's not wanted. Apparently, when the walls get full, it gets painted plainly and they start again so I guess it would be different...More

Having spent many summers in Berlin, we wanted to check out the graffiti in Ghent in comparison. Great stuff! Colorful, amusing, fun. Maybe not for everyone, but I love art in every form.

It's a small narrow street between a primary school and a beautiful garden, full of graffitis on every piece of available wall. Both professional artists and Ghent locals participate in the constant changing of this street decoration. It's cool for a quick stroll but don't...More

This is a cool bit of alley to walk through & see all the graffiti art painted on the walls. It's not too far from the main shops.

I'm not a huge fan of graffiti normally, but this alley is designated for use by graffiti artists. I was altered to it whilst listening to a podcast about Ghent and I'm pleased I located it.

It's just a narrow alleyway with graffiti. It's something different if you're interested in it. But don't get too excited.
