The walk in the park is indicated with arrows, and it is a one-way course to follow. The walk is easily accessible, there are also a lot of stairs: first you climb a little bit, then you decend to the Lesse and then you climb back up again. When you get to the Lesse, there is a kind of take-away place for food and drinks and there is a very clean bathroom to use (free for all). It is a rather short walk (4 km) but ideal to make with children. Lots of shade as well. Not a lot of people in numbers but when compared to hiking in the area it was crowded in some places. Make sure to book online in advance, admission is 5 EUR.…

From arrival to the tiny cabin, getting warm-hearted introduction to the park to the walk itself with some prehistoric, Roman and medieval aspects combined with nature’s beauty of rocks, river and forest, to a lovely stop (wauw!!!) for a drink next to the river to the possibility to “explore” caves , to great sights ... this park has is all. Our family loved this walk (7yrs, 9yrs and 10yrs) - all the caves to explore and the track was uneven and steep in some parts which made it interesting/fun. Definitely recommend.

A nice ramble through the woody hillsides above the river. Well signed with information boards about the various neolithic, Roman and medieval remains. Note very steep paths and steps in places which might be slippery if wet. Took us about 90 mins so not a major hike but there is some climbing. Worth a visit.…

We started the day with this nice tour around the hills. It is really clean, sign are clear and the cave are nice surprises. Strongly recommended with kids with the lamp of your mobile. Explore them. Nice bar in the middle of the way where you meet the kayakistes.
