Super lunch with great coffee and fresh mint tea. We had some simple sandwiches but fresh and made with care. The atmosphere was very nice. We also received some local city information and staff was very friendly.

I go to the Hague Library as soon as I can to study there. Many computers and tables available, and the ground floor is also great to have a small lunch and coffee while reading international newspapers.
