Something Special to do in Utrecht

The kayak rentals are reasonably priced and you can choose from single or double kayak or a canoe for 3 persons. They also have motorised boats. The rental is per hour. We did the kayak trip from the Botenverhuur to the Oude Gracht and back!...More

Picturesque and family friendly

You can rent a canoe or row boat here and head up the kromme rijn. Drop into the pancake house at Rhijnauwen or head into Utrecht.

Excellent fun with kids And nature

Sports and nature combined, excellent. Stop half way at the stayok for a drink and excellent carrot cake or a bit further for a pancake

Canoe sank

Was on the water with my 10 year old in a 2 man canoe whilst the 8 year old went solo. Because he's stubborn like that! Went for about 40 minutes in the direction of Rhijnauwen before turning back because the boat had taken on...More
