4 days ago I had taken out from the sale the parker fountain pen's cover cracked. I have never used them, had immediately send e mail but they do not respond yet.

Excellent selection and the staff were very helpful. I ended up not purchasing what I came for as the prices were cheaper online. Recommend a visit.
