I did my research before visiting Amsterdam and this place came up as a place that sold hash cake. I liked it because it wasn't in the main town, it was down a quiet side road which I liked. It is a very small café...More

The space cake is very strong, if you like to hear your door bell ring and not being sure if it's real or you're just hearing things, then this is it. Last time there the owner gave me not correct change, short by 0,80 and...More

Definitely would recommend this place! The atmosphere is relaxed and safe, the couple who run the shop are helpful and friendly. The prices's are insanely good and the quality of the space cake and spliffs were wonderful. If you're looking for the best coffee shop...More

My friend and I came here because of the reviews on edibles. Nice little spot off the beaten path, which was a huge bonus. No annoying tourist or drunken teens. Staff is very calm and friendly. Sit back and just enjoy a little part of...More

Chose Paradox based upon reviews amongst a bunch of places and really glad we went. Definitely felt pretty local, probably given the fact it's tucked away down some side streets. It was pretty chilled out with friendly staff and good cake! Hung out for a...More

I would definitely go again for some cake! Besides that the place stands out from ordinary coffee shops.

What a cosy, casual place! I can see why so many of the seasoned Amsterdam reviewers call it their favourite coffeeshop. It's very close to the Westerkerk. I didn't have any trouble finding it. You could bring nonsmokers here and I don't think they'd feel...More

Space cakes left a cool mellow spaced out feeling. I'll be honest the edibles in the easy times I found got me much higher. Nice vibe feels much more of a local place rather than that for tourists.

One of Amsterdam’s most preferred outdoor markets and
some of the city’s favorite watering holes are but two
of the many reasons to save ample time for a stroll
through this especially convivial warren of narrow
streets with its unfair share of quirky shops and
quality galleries. Historically a haven for the
working class and emigrants, these days the Jordaan is
better known as an enclave for artists and designers.

They didn’t ask for any IDs. We just ordered, waited a bit, and got served. I suppose as long as you don’t look like curious 10 year olds, they won’t ask for any.😜

The only space cake listed on their menu doesn't mention this but it may be worth asking if this has been taken into account?
