When we made it to the bols tour and found out, bols refused to clarify if a refund was possible for the ticket and asked to check again later. Very poor customer service.

To be honest, this wasn't at the top of our list. But, we wound up by there and decided to go in. We're glad we did. The tour is interesting. I was not familiar with genever, let alone how it got started. The best part...More

The tour was very informative about a product I didn't even know existed! The tasting room was fantastic, the servers energetic and drinks amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed the visit to the House of Bols, learning of its tremendous achievement, products and history and finishing up with a great tasting experience. Well worth doing when you are looking for something different from the surrounding arts museums.

A self-guided tour of the history of Bols. You get an audio guide included in your ticket price. The tour itself is informative, with a secret surprise throw in. However, the whole experience was very short and the bar area itself where you have your...More

Don’t bother just go and have a few cocktails for same price. The tour didn’t go well as booth for the tasting didn’t work. Told bar lady who just said oh. The other interactive booth for mixing drinks also was broken.

Generally speaking it was a good wee tour about a brand I previously didn’t know much about, but my overall experience wasn’t that great. A self guided Wi-fi audio tour is included in the ticket price which ordinarily would be great...but Wi-fi problems at the...More

Museum Quarter (Museumkwartier)
Top sites to see in this attractive and affluent part
of town include the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh
Museum, to name but two of the highly acclaimed
museums of the aptly named Museum Quarter. And if you
need a break from all the fantastic art, there’s the
Neoclassical Concertgebouw music hall and Vondelpark,
the city’s largest park. Shopaholics and luxury brand
connoisseurs will love exploring the high-end shopping

Yes there is a lovely gift shop. I thought the prices were fair to expensive depending on the gift. I did make a couple of purchases for friends birthday presents which I felt were special.
