We first saw this area while on a canal tour and I overheard some people talking about it so we decided to check it out for ourselves. I don’t know what they were talking about because we didn’t find much of anything here to write...More

I love these type things in Amsterdam, very nice small trails of ingenuity and design. This place is on the way to my friends house and it is a great walk or bike ride across the city!

A quaint little area. Spotted it when touring by boat on the canal and decided to stop. Some shops and restaurants with a lot of activity in the adjacent neighborhood.

You can take a ferry from behind Centraal Station to this area also called Amsterdam Noord. The ferry is free and takes only about 7 minutes. You will be transported back in time to a tranquil village-like atmosphere, with parkland all around and a distinctly...More
