During a trip in February 2018, my girlfriend and I met our Dutch friends here for lunch. The atmosphere is wonderful and the steaks are outrageously decadent and delicious!

Good spot to get good beer. Price is ok although it is in center of city. Staff was very polite and friendly. There is various types of beer.

This is a really cool old bar/cafe with sawdust covered wood floors and an interesting history. Plenty of good drinks and tasty food to go along with the ambiance.

Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of
tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists
and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the
best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe.
Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops
of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones
Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods
such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring
