The Service was impeccable and we had our own dedicated waitress. She was dressed in authentic Japanese attire and she explained each course to us (there were 9 courses!) and the recommended way to eat it for maximum flavour.

I had a great time with my group (18 participants). We learned how to prepare and cook mushrooms. The chef, Louise, was very knowledgeable and explained well. The sfeer was nice and I did not feel any rush. All in all a very nice evening.
Where do I start? Informative, entertaining, wonderful and delicious! This was the first time for me to try anything like this and it was an unqualified success in my eyes.
