The museum is a nice place to visit. Interresting exhebitions which are representetive for the cultural environment of Alkmaar. Also the fixed collection gives a good impression of Alkmaars history.

It's interesting to see the history of Alkmaar shown in this manner. It's done nicely and the other expositions are worth their entree fee.

The museum shows a lot of different aspects of the Alkmaar history. Certainly worth a visit. Do not forget to pay the church across the market square a visit as well.

Interesting collection of Dutch art of the Bergense school. The history of Alkmaar was laid out in a rather odd fashion, and then there is a display of Victory! Alkmaar 1573.

The museum is very interesting especially if you want to learn about the nearby Bergen school of art or about the history of the city of Alkmaar.

Alkmaar is your typical Dutch old city. Alkmaar is famous for cheese, but there is much major and the Stedelijk Museum has attractive exhibitions.

The museum has a very big collection of the middle ages connected with Alkmaar. The Spanisch! Very god for visitors with an interest in this period.
