I visited to see the Saturday market. There were lots of stalls selling fresh flowers and vegetables. Meat and clothing. It was well worth a visit. It is surrounded by cafes were you can sit outside and watch the world go by (on bicycles)

The "Markt" in Den Bosch is the central square of the city. It is a bit different than I expected, after passing the narrow cosy cobble stoned streets of Den Bosch. The Markt is a large, windy open area, although on some places lined with...More

This is a picturesque old square in the city center, with local food stands, like potato fries and cheese. It is open on weekends.

The Heart of the city. Nice to see the old houses and typical Dutch facades of the 11th century houses around the square. With a few nice terraces to sit outside.

The buildings in this square are really unique, each one has a different facade, and I think these were built by merchants trying to out do each other, it is a very neat place to visit

The main square of Hertogenbosh is very attractive and there is also a monument dedicated to its painter: Bosch. We visited the town in order to see the exposition dedicated to this painter.

Markt dagen varieren. Ik woon niet in Den Bosch maar Woensdag, Vridag en Zaterdag is er altijd wat te doen en wat te koop. Ik geloof dat men op Vrijdag de bloemen markt heeft. Het is er altijd heel gezellig.
