Good museum/information centre with information regarding the action on the bridge in September 1944. Not very large but friendly staff with information boards and displays plus a 3D video in various languages. Selection of books and materials about the Airborne forces.

The visit to this museum was made by taking time to chat to the staff. They were open and informative pointing out things that would not otherwise have been obvious, a sort of pointing at the sights guided tour for nothing. The display itself is...More

Probably the best spot to view the Bridge Too Far - even though the original river crossing was later destroyed. By Americans! The modern, steel and glass building houses memorabilia and souvenirs.

A great little museum worth stopping in at on the way to "the Bridge Too Far". Free museum with great views of the bridge. The good exhibits give context and the staff are friendly. Takes about 15 minutes to get around.
