EXPERIENCE THE ULTIMATE RUSH! If you are a thrill seeker looking for the adrenaline-rush of a lifetime, the Wild Gorge Swing in Oribi Gorge will offer you guaranteed over-the-edge excitement! Give in to gravity by hurling yourself off the edge of Lehr’s Falls in what must be the most adrenaline inducing ride of your life! Rated as the world’s highest gorge swing, this activity means stepping (or diving) off the edge of the waterfall and plummeting into the 55-storey deep gorge. The free-fall is awesome and will have you accelerating up to the astounding speed of 120km/hours in 2.3 seconds. Wild 5 is situated on the Oribi Gorge Hotel property, 20 minutes’ drive from Port Shepstone, on the South Coast of KZN. Set amidst world-renowned view sites, Wild 5 Adventures offers a range of extreme (and milder) adventures in a setting of phenomenal natural beauty. These include a 110m abseil, foefie-slide, 85m suspension bridge, white water rafting on the Umzimkhulu, paintball and guided trails (hiking, birding and horseback). The fresh air does wonders for the appetite, so why not round off the perfect day by settling down for a bite to eat at the Oribi Gorge Hotel’s Wild Fig Cafe.

We went there on a misty morning and you couldnt see anything for a couple of minutes. Then the mist cleared and we stood in awe of the beautiful gorge. Did the bungi/swing and it was definitely worth the money!

I did the big swing, and the zipline, and it was the scariest thing I've ever done but so amazing, the view from the swing after jumping is just spectacular! I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Amazing views! Went there twice in a week! Only did the slide and it was great! Definitely take the time to walk to overhanging rock and walk down into the gorge to take a swim near the waterfall!
