Amazing up close look of urban Lausanne including landmarks and must see vistas. Frederick/Marco led our group tour and were quite familiar with history of area. (This added greatly to our exploration.) Segways were flawless, easily handled all hills/descents and after a few minutes, we felt very comfortable commencing. Great local guides who care really made this an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend! Ask for these two guides my best advice-

Very few place where they allow you to rent the segway individually (without any instructor/guide). you can rent it hourly, half day, full day etc.
Awesome way to see interlaken, can go to far off places, stop wherever you want, not parking problem either,
The lady managing was very friendly, she gave us extra time too,
Loved it....

We were looking for a ride with adventure and man did Celine hook us up. She was super friendly and very informative in answering ALL of our numerous questions.
This electric little car called Twizy was such a joy of a ride. We rented it for an entire 24 hour period for only $200. I know what you're thinking...and yes, it was well worth it! Not only for the experience, but it is all anyone needs to get around within about a 50 mile radius. Most villagers of Interlaken use bicycles and scooters for transportation. This tiny gem was perfect for visiting Lake Thun, Lake Brienz, Trummelbach Falls near Lauterbrunnen and Interlaken.
Simple to operate and all the functions of a car, with one exception...no gas! Just an electrical charge is all it takes and your journey begins.
During the 24 hr. period, we charged it only 3 times. Takes about 1 hr and 30 minutes for 100% charge.
We loved visiting the villages surrounding Interlaken and the Twizy was the ride we will never forget. Thanks again Celine and we will be sure to send business your way.

Almost rented two bikes for $120. That would have been a huge mistake. We opted for the Twizy instead, $200. A two seated electric car. I am a big man, over six feet and 270 pounds, and was comfortable. Really, I was. We rode into the village of Lauterbrunne and back to Interlaken. We had 50% battery life left but charged it up anyway. It took only 30 minutes and we were at 100%. We then drove to Spiez and back. Charged it up once again then drove to Brienz and back to Interlaken. We then drove around town. All day, $200, We traveled close to 100 miles and saw so much of the Interlaken area that we would have never gotten to experience. Thanks to the Twizy. You can't go wrong with this one.

We took a combined activity - Segway and Mystery Room - and had a great time! Some of us were a bit nervous about the Segways at first, but the training was clear (and patient!) and after a few minutes practice everything was great. The tour around Interlaken was interesting - combining parts of the city with the surrounding countryside, and views of the mountains. The Mystery Room was a great finish - perfect as a teambuilding day out!

Unfortunately it rained when we did this but we still went and still thoroughly enjoyed it. The guys gave us rain covers and we stopped at the lake for a hot chocolate. You are shown how to use it and it is easy and safe. You will need your driving licence for this activity.
