This is a beautiful church to visit near the Lake. Not as glamorous as other churches in Europe but very beautiful nonetheless. You can visit it free and then walk over to the Lion of Lucerne Monument which is only a few blocks away.

The twin towers and spires of this church are quite impressive and can be seen from the Old Town. It is located a short way from the Schwanenplatz and Chapel Bridge and dates from 12th century.

This church is amazing, with beautiful gardens and two tall towers. It has a fountain, too. The view is amazing, and the church, itself, deserves the photos and applauses for its beauty

This is a social area. Many people congregate on the grounds to share lunch or snacks with friends and talk. That is always great to see around a house of worship. They were testing the organ when I visited, and it sounded grand. However, I...More

Its one of those items you must check off. Grand interiors (as in most churches) including the organ. No stained windows, which were for me a bit of a disappointment. Easy walk from the station - though can get hot in the summers - so...More
