They provide a great service. Bikes are good. The service is great. The thing that should be noticed is that you have to give them the deposit by cash only.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had - Carman was extremely rude and aggressive, shouting at us and calling us french obscenities. We hired two e-bikes and two road bikes for 4 days to cycle around lake Geneva. The booking process and correspondence prior to collecting the bikes was good. On arriving at the shop to collect our bikes, they had the wrong size bike frame for both of the road bikes due a website error and they couldn’t provide alternatives. So my husband and friend had to use bikes which were too small. For the road bikes the mechanic changed the pedals for the riders own ones so they could use their clip-in shoes. We requested, as part of the hire, two bicycle repair kits, and we were assured they contained the right equipment. On our final day, 27th May, cycling back to Geneva one of the e-bikes got a puncture as we set off. We quickly learnt that we had been given two repair kits for the road bikes only and did not have the right tool to remove the e-bike wheel. My husband and friend had to cycle a 1 hour round trip to the nearest bike shop to buy the right tools, which cost €20. On returning the inner tube was quickly replaced and we were on our way but then the same e-bike got another puncture. I telephoned the shop to ask whether, if we got another puncture, they could collect the bike or provide roadside assistance, especially as we had purchased the damage and robbery insurance. They were extremely unhelpful and said it was ‘not their problem’ and it was our responsibility to return the bike to the shop. On arriving back at the shop over 2 hours later than planned due to the delays caused by the punctures the lady in charge, called Carman, was aggressive and instantly argumentative. I explained that one of the e-bikes had a slow puncture on the front wheel which would need addressing before they gave it to the next customer but we had cycled back on it as we had no spare inner tube for this bike and we had to leave for our flight in 1 hour. We asked if they could remove the pedals from the bike or had the tool to do this so we could swap the pedals back. She said the mechanic had already gone home so would would have to come back in the morning. I explained that would not be possible as our flight home was that evening. She became irate and started shouting at us. Another gentleman tried to assist us but she was extremely obstructive. My friend used one of the tools we had to try to remove the pedals and she started shouting at him, saying that he was ‘breaking the bike’ and had to stop! When he explained he knew what he was doing but needed a longer lever as they had been over tightened when fitted she kept shouting for him to ‘shut up’. She asked if I could speak French and I explained only a little. She then telephoned the mechanic and was being quite rude about us over the phone. She told me we had to wait for him to come back to the shop, which would take about half an hour. During this time we handed everything back and I asked for a return of the deposit, which Carman was reluctant to give back despite everything being returned. After 4 times of asking she agreed to return the cash deposit. The other gentleman at the shop was clearly embarrassed by her behaviour and tried to help us as much as possible but she kept shouting at him and us. I have never been spoken to in such a degrading and aggressive manner. When the mechanic arrived after 40 minutes he really struggled to remove the pedals, but eventually managed to remove them with the help of a colleague. He was clearly very annoyed and wouldn’t talk to us. We then left the shop and had to rush to get to the airport for our flight, arriving late to check in.

Hired some bikes to explore Lake Geneva on a Monday afternoon/evening, these were great because you get 4 hours free! The attendant didn't speak English very well near the lake dock, but he was really friendly and patient. The bikes were good quality and comfortable, very please and would use again.

Don’t forget to bring ID and cash for the deposit. But four hours for a free bike rental is pretty awesome! We also opted for the insurance just in case. We covered a lot of ground around Geneva which was great.
