We enjoyed our visit at this museum even more than anticipated. The various types of art are clustered together in separate rooms. By grouping like artwork together, (homemade puppets, watercolors, angels, oil, etc) one gets to enjoy the rich creativity and variety of Paul Klee's...More

I’m not a big fan of modern art but this museum is beautiful and so well laid out that I felt more of an understanding of the artist after going through and reading all about hm and the stages of his life.

Artist Paul Klee's work is so varied and delightful. The building is an architectural marvel. The collection is very, very extensive with many styles and is joyful. Getting there is a snap and only takes about 15 scenic minutes on the number 12 bus entitled...More

Being a bit familiar with Paul Klee, this museum was a good stop in our day of sight seeing. Nice artworks. Less crowded than most museums. Free with Swiss pass.

This beautiful museum offers a changing selection of Klee's works in multiple media. The haunting hand puppets were an aspect of his oeuvre that I had known absolutely nothing about before this visit. A rather long but rewarding walk from the Old Town. Klee's gravesite...More
