In the middle of the Swiss Winter, this was the perfect place to take my 7 year old to get out of the house and explore something new. The centre itself is a work of art and lovely to take in from the outside, its...More

This is the museum which manages paul klee’s oeuvre. It claims to have 4500 pieces of klee’s art. The building is an architecural pearl. Despite the fact that the museum is rather large and spacious very little is seen of Paul Klee ‘s works. There...More

Paul Klee a genius. Okay, Piet Mondriaan, Karel Appel are my favorites, But Paul Klee is great too. And this “Zentrum” also.

The trip out is well worth it - a wonderful place full of light and of course Klee's artworks. The walk around the fields was lovely too, as was the "sound of the earth" project in the grounds.

We enjoyed our visit at this museum even more than anticipated. The various types of art are clustered together in separate rooms. By grouping like artwork together, (homemade puppets, watercolors, angels, oil, etc) one gets to enjoy the rich creativity and variety of Paul Klee's...More
