This is located in the central piazza. A beautiful replica of the original sculpture/water feature, which is located elsewhere.

The fountain is in the Palazzo del Campo, and is pleasant enough, without being exceptional. It was sculpted by Jacopo della Quercia but here there are copies of the original sculptures (the originals are in the Santa Maria della Scala museum).

It's large, it's a fountain, it's rebuilt, and it sits in the Piazzo Il Campo of Siena. That's about it.

When you are at the Piazza del Campo make sure to walk down the step and take a really good look at this fountain. It is something special and should not be missed.

You are already in the Campo so make sure that you walk over to the fountain and look at the bas reliefs that are carved into the marble. It's a quick stop so make sure you stop!
