Another important part of the Palazzo Pitti this museum has room after room of treasures. Gold silver and ivory are just some of the materials used. Most of what’s on display is medieval but the jewellery part continues to late 20th century. Give yourself time...More

This museum is situated in the Pitti Palace. It contains many art pieces which are simply stunning. The rooms in which the collection is housed are also fantastic. Worth seeing.

Just one of a number of museums in the Pitti Palace the collection in this museum is amazing. One cannot help but admire the workmanship evident in the many pieces on display. The rooms in which the objects are displayed are also worth seeing.

Not to be facetious but I only visited yesterday and already I can't recall much of the exhibited pieces as I was completely mesmerised by the paintings and frescos where the walls and ceiling melded together. There were seats scattered around and I suggest taking...More
