One of the best places to see this art in the world. I went with a tour that picked out the most important art of its time and gave a commentary on the reasons why etc.

Okay, you are in Firenze so you have to go to the Uffizi and see the 10,000 madonnas. They are all beautiful as is the other art pieces and worth the cost.

The collection rivals Vatican museum, and the halls are full of statues, paintings, pictures in the ceiling and famous art works in amazing displays. The audio program works nice in most important art displays.

Especially a place for those who love great renaissance art. Recommend buying a ticket before hand and go to the line at least 30min before the entry time of your ticket.

The gallery is huge and well laid out. Take the time to plan your walk through the numerous halls, passageways and rooms.Hire the electronic tour guide at the door to maximise your experience. Find that one special piece and cherish its inspiration.

prebook a skip the line ticket. It does not give instant access but you do avoid a long queue. There is so much to see.

Nope. I would suggest that you be on time to collect the actual ticket. The person may be available only for a small amount of time. Gallery staff also checked the time on our ticket.
